Who you are dealing with

The Good Company portal at app.dareactivation.com is operated by Darius Dimitriadis, doing business as Dare Activation, in Ontario, Canada. Contact: dare@dareactivation.com.

What Good Company is

Good Company gives you a team of AI agents built around your work. They connect to the tools you choose, prepare work, and show you what they did. Access is by invite for now.

You stay in charge

Your agents prepare drafts and proposed actions for you to approve. Anything that leaves your accounts, such as sending, posting, publishing or charging, waits for your approval unless you change that setting yourself. AI can be wrong or incomplete. Please review what your team prepares before you approve or use it. You are responsible for what you approve.

Your accounts and your data

You own your content and the work your team produces for you. You give us permission to use it only to run the service for you. When you connect a tool, you confirm you are allowed to connect it. You can disconnect a tool, download your data or delete everything at any time from the portal.

Google user data

If you connect a Google account, we use Google user data only to provide the features you asked for, and we follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We never sell it, use it for ads, or use it to train general AI models. The full details, including how to revoke access and delete it, are in our privacy policy.

Fair use

Please do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the portal, use it to access accounts that are not yours, or use your team to create anything unlawful or harmful.

Paid plans and refunds

Nothing is charged through the portal today. When paid plans open, prices and billing terms will be shown before you agree to pay. Our refund policy will be: if you are not happy in your first 30 days, email us and we refund your first month.

Good Company is not available in Quebec yet.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or to protect the service or other people, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

No warranty, and limits

The portal is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page and tell you by email before a significant change takes effect.
