Good Company

Privacy policy

Last updated November 2, 2026.

This policy covers the Good Company portal at app.dareactivation.com: the place where you sign in, set up your team of AI agents, connect your tools, and review their work.

Who we are

Good Company is operated by Darius Dimitriadis, doing business as Dare Activation, in Ontario, Canada. Privacy questions and requests: dare@dareactivation.com.

What we collect, and why

  • Your account. Your email address, so we can send you a sign-in link and know which team is yours. We keep a session cookie so you stay signed in.
  • Your setup answers and files. What you tell us about your work, goals and preferences, and any files you add, so your team is built for you and follows your rules.
  • Your team's work. Chat messages, tasks, drafts, approvals, the corrections you make and the rules your team learns from them, so you can see what was done and the team improves.
  • Connections. When you connect a tool, we store the access it grants (encrypted) and the items your team needs to do the job you asked for. The Google section below covers Google accounts in detail.
  • Usage and safety records. Logs of what each agent did and what it cost, so you can check the work and we can keep the service secure and within your plan.

Google user data

If you connect a Google account, Good Company asks Google for only the access your team needs. You choose whether to connect, and you can disconnect at any time.

What we access

Good Company asks Google for exactly these permissions, and nothing more:

  • Your Google identity (openid, userinfo.email, userinfo.profile). Your name, email address and profile picture, so we know which Google account you connected and can show it to you in the portal.
  • Send email on your behalf (gmail.send). We send only the emails you approved in the portal, from your Gmail account, to the people you approved. This permission cannot read your inbox, and nothing is sent without your approval.
  • Calendar events (calendar.events). Your agents create and update events on your calendar when you ask, for example to book or move a meeting you approved.
  • Read your calendars (calendar.readonly). Your agents read your events and availability so they can plan around your schedule and prepare for what is coming up.

We do not have access to read or draft your email. If we add more Google access later (for example reading or drafting email), we will update this page and ask you again before using it.

How we use it

We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you asked for in the portal: your agents sending the emails you approved, reading and creating calendar events for you, and showing you that work. Good Company's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • No selling. We do not sell Google user data, and we do not transfer it to anyone except as needed to run the features you use, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or sale of the business with notice to you.
  • No ads. We do not use Google user data for advertising, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based ads.
  • No human reading. No person reads your Google user data unless you give us permission for specific messages (for example, when you ask for help with a problem), it is needed for security (such as investigating abuse or a bug), or the law requires it. In those cases we look at only what is needed.
  • No training of general AI models. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models. The rules your own team learns from your corrections stay with your team and are not shared with anyone else.
  • No credit or lending decisions. We do not use Google user data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes.

Who processes it for us

To do the work you ask for, the relevant text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API, which drafts and checks your team's output. Anthropic processes it on our behalf under its commercial terms, which do not allow it to train its models on that data. Our hosting and database providers store it for us. None of them may use it for their own purposes.

How we protect it

Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Data moves over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Each customer's data is kept separate from every other customer's.

How long we keep it

We keep Google user data only while your Google account is connected and your team needs it to do the work you asked for. When you disconnect Google, we delete the stored access tokens and your team stops using your account. When you delete your account, we delete all of your data, including Google user data, from our database right away.

How to revoke access and delete your data

  • In the portal, go to Connections and choose Disconnect next to Google.
  • At any time, remove Good Company from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • In Settings, choose Download my data for a copy, or delete everything. Deleting everything also revokes our Google access.
  • Or email dare@dareactivation.com and we will delete your data and confirm by email.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers above, to run the portal, or when the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

You can see, download, correct or delete what we hold about you. Most of it is in the portal; for anything else, email dare@dareactivation.com.

Where we offer this

Good Company is not available in Quebec yet.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you by email before a significant change takes effect.
